Montage
The Montage line of ornamental fences is the leader in residential steel fencing. The styles available with the Montage give a residence the elegant look of wrought-iron fencing without the expensive maintenance demanded by traditional wrought iron. Montage ornamental steel fences are popular with developers for its maintenance-free coating and durable steel construction. Many prefer Montage ornamental fences to aluminum fencing for the additional strength that a welded steel fence has compared to aluminum fences.
Residential Montage decorative fencing has an E-coat maintenance-free finish and a 20-year warranty. The welded metal fence panel of the Montage has the ability to follow the steepest of grades, that is, to be installed along a slope without unsightly “stair stepping” of the fence panels. That is because of the unique rail design. All fences in the Montage family of products have the ability to traverse 48” over an 8’ span.
Montage Plus
Montage Plus has become the preferred choice for ornamental steel fence. It’s replaced chain link fencing at a constantly growing rate and its popularity exceeds wood fences and PVC privacy fencing.
Profusion welded steel fence panels provide the ultimate in strength and security demanded for abusive environments while providing the distinctive look of a decorative iron fence but with none of the maintenance demanded by wrought iron. Maintenance-free E-Coat provides superior corrosion protection in virtually any climate and is backed by a 20-year warranty against corrosion. Specially formed architectural metal fence components are joined to form panels that are biasable up to 48″, allowing this ornamental picket fence to follow any grade, that is, to be installed along a slope.
Montage II
Montage II is the preferred choice for industrial projects. The Montage II ornamental steel fence panel constructed of heavy 1” x 14ga. pickets & 1 ¾” x 12ga. rails that are welded using state-of-the-art profusion technology. Montage II industrial fencing has an e-coat maintenance-free finish, which yields a 20-year manufacturer’s warranty. Montage II keeps true to the old world look of wrought-iron fence with absolutely none of the expensive and regular maintenance demanded by old-fashioned welded fence systems.
Echelon
The Echelon line of residential aluminum fencing is best known for its remarkable strength, derived from a unique ForeRunner rail design. The ForeRunner rail allows this aluminum fence system to follow changes in elevation while maintaining a secure distance under the fence. Echelon’s has a good neighbor profile with no unsightly screws or rivets, as well as having the appealing look of traditional ornamental fence. Echelon has a maintenance-free durable powder coat finish surrounding each component surface, which allows the manufacturer to offer a lifetime limited warranty. Echelon is available in an array of styles and heights to match any project type.
Echelon Plus
Aluminum fencing is not known for its strength, however when Ameristar created the Echelon Plus series it removed the stigma and has become the benchmark for strength and durability for aluminum fencing.
Echelon Plus aluminum fencing is the highest quality residential and light commercial ornamental aluminum fence in the industry. Echelon Plus is best known for its remarkable strength originating from its internal reinforcing web within the rail and post components. Echelon II
Aluminum fencing has been redefined with the introduction of the Echelon II industrial aluminum fence system. This aluminum fence is the strongest and most durable aluminum fence available in the industry. Echelon II’s ForeRunner rail design enables this fence to have several attributes uncommon to typical aluminum fences. Echelon II fence products are assembled with an internal picket to rail retainers, making Echelon II aluminum fencing a more attractive alternative to the exposed screws or rivets on typical aluminum fences. The strength of Echelon II is not just attributed to the rail but also the internal web of the posts, making Echelon II the strongest most durable industrial aluminum fence on the market.
Impasse II
Ameristar’s Impasse II high security steel fencing transformed perimeter security with its significant strength, daunting profile and integrated rail design. The components that make up Impasse II are a W-shaped 2-3/4” x 14ga. pale attached with tamper-proof security fasteners to a one-of-a-kind 2” x 2” x 11ga. rail. The unique design of the Impasse II rail enables it to become a raceway for anti-ram cabling, conduit, or low voltage wiring. Each rail is affixed to a 3” x 2-3/4” x 12ga. I-beam post; these combined components of post, rail, & pale make Impasse II a wall of fortified steel. Impasse II has three distinctive styles that help in defining the level of security required.
The heavy steel construction and intimidating looks of Impasse II act as visual deterrents against intrusion. Just looking at the solid lines of Impasse II causes a potential intruder to think twice about challenging this fence. If an intruder does decide try to breach the perimeter, Impasse II’s design delays the attempt, allowing the facility more time to respond. For a project that requires high security, the Impasse II steel palisade fence system is vastly superior to metal mesh or chain link.
Stalwart
Stalwart is the name used for Ameristar’s myriad of anti-ram integrated fence barriers. The Stalwart anti-crash barrier has been engineered and tested in compliance with current ASTM F2656-07 (Standard Test Method for Vehicle Crash Testing of Perimeter Barriers), and meets the demand for multiple vehicle threats. The Stalwart framework provides a platform to incorporate various security peripherals required on high security perimeter designs.
High security fencing with anti-ram functionality is Ameristar’s Stalwart IS. Stalwart IS combines Impasse II with the anti-ram barrier of Stalwart.
Stalwart can be integrated into almost all Ameristar fence systems. Ameristar’s ornamental picket systems (Montage II, Aegis II, and Echelon II) can be integrated to create Stalwart II.
Stalwart Plus is the trade name used for systems that integrate any architectural mesh or chain link to the front of Ameristar’s anti-ram barrier.
In its most simple form Stalwart can be just a post and rail design allowing pedestrians to move freely yet providing a robust anti-ram barrier for vehicles.
